What is your turn-around time on custom printed garments?

It depends on the garment you choose, by as a general guide:

Sublimated garments – four weeks from artwork approval
Screen Printed garments – about 10 days from artwork approval (but sometimes sooner)
Embroidered Garments – about 5 days from artwork approval, however if your garments are needed sooner – ask us and maybe we can help
Embroidered Caps – we can turn these around in a week.

Do you have set-up charges for your sublimation, embroidered or screen printed garments?

For sublimated garments the artwork fee is $50 +GST, for embroidery it is $50 +GST per logo/image, for screen printing it’s $50 +GST per colour. These charges are once-off, for example when you reorder using the exact same design there will be no set-up charge.

What is your minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantities are:

Custom sublimated garments – minimum of 10 garments per style.
Stock garments – no minimum
Embroidered garments – minimum of 5
Screen printed garments – minimum of 8.

What is the turn-around time on other items you provide?

We work with only the best manufacturers and decorators that allow us to deliver the following items in these time-frames:

Printed Drink Bottles (Made in Australia) – 10 days
Custom Stubby Holders (Made in Melbourne) – one week
Champion Compression Garments and Sekem Footy Socks – one week
Spalding Sports Balls and Goods – 10 days
Sublimated Sweat and Swimming Towels – 5 weeks
Custom Lanyards, Stress Balls, Promotional Products – 10 days.

Do you source your sublimated printed garments from China?

No. Our manufacturer is Adelaide-based with it’s own factory overseas. We’ve carefully chosen our manufacturers based on the quality of their printing, the quality of their garments and the quality of their processes. When they give us a delivery date – we know it will be delivered (and we wouldn’t have it any other way).

Where are you based? Do you have an office?

What you’re really asking is: are you legit? Yes, we are! Nexus Teamwear has workshops in both Torquay and Avalon, making it easy for us to service across Geelong as well as Melbourne. You’re welcome to make a time to come and meet us.

Do you only provide service to organisations from Geelong and the surrounding area?

Absolutely not – we have clients in Melbourne and beyond. Nexus Teamwear can work with any organisation throughout Australia – we’ll handle the shipping and you’ll receive your items, as if you’re located right next door.

Our committee is nervous about placing its uniform and hoodie order, can you show us some samples?
